Ingrid has been teaching bootcamp training twice weekly for the last four years and loves to incorporate pilates, barre, and PIYO moves into her workouts. She has 20 years of running including nine half-marathons, trail running races and Ragnar races. She's a certified Zumba dance fitness instructor with Zumba Toning Certification, and leads yoga and Power Yoga classes. After having her first child in her early 20's Ingrid realized the deep benefits of exercise in her emotional well-being. She loves learning and teaching all-things fitness & movement.

Jenn is a certified Barre and TRX instructor, and a Cancer Exercise Specialist. She's also a self-proclaimed "gym rat" having spent ten years in Atlanta, GA as a television sports producer at Fox Sports Net and Comcast Sports Net, all while balancing involvement at the gym and on tennis, volleyball, and softball teams. After having a baby (sweet Calvin) in 2010, Jenn got certified as a Kaia Fit Group Fitness Instructor and ACSM Personal Trainer. Jenn is passionate about sports, exercise, and helping others reach their goals to a healthier lifestyle!

Alison is the owner of BOARD30 Boise. She has 20+ years in the health and wellness field as a nutrition educator, metabolic advisor, author, cooking instructor and fitness coach. Several of her articles and recipes are published in national magazines. She has three book awards and a Fox News “Best Health Blog” title under her belt. Her latest addiction is Katy Bowman's "non-exercise" daily movement practices. You can also find Alison in the Boise foothills trail running with her pack of three Australian cattle dogs—Tater, Bun Bun and Shoki Bill.
