INJURY REHAB — YOUR NEXT STEP AFTER PHYSICAL THERAPY

Life happens... Injuries, surgeries and babies come with the human body. Fortunately, physical therapy and rehab happens too.

Our Next Step Rehab Program is a low-impact gateway exercise program for injury, surgery and post-partum recovery patients to help prepare for a regular fitness routine. If your surgeon, PT or Ob-Gyn has given you the green light for a low-impact exercise regimen, you're ready to get started.

We work with chronic and low-grade issues as well — "Bum" knees, tight shoulders, low-back pain, weakness and the general effects of aging are all cause to get going with our rehab classes.

STEP-BY-STEP REHAB CLASSES

STEP 1 — STRETCH REHAB

Our small-group post-injury / surgery class designed to increase function, stability, range of motion and flexibility to the recovering area. Various props are used with active and passive stretches and restorative movements to bring back your day-to-day functionality.

 

STEP 3 — BOARD30 MEMBERSHIP

Full access to all BOARD30 classes. All of our classes are low-impact and use our signature floor-to-ceiling resistance bands and various props to support alignment and form. A variety of memberships and class packs are available.

STEP 2 — BALANCE REHAB

Our program combining Stretch Rehab and Balance Core — our 30-minute full-body class that focuses on core, stability, balance, muscle toning, lengthening and ROM. Moderate low-impact cardio is introduced using our floor-to-ceiling resistance bands.

BOARD30 trainers are not physical therapists. We are certified personal trainers, fitness instructors and massage therapists qualified to work with the general public, or with those who have received notice from their surgeon or PT that they are in good standing (pun intended) with their recovery process and are ready for a low-impact fitness program.
